Carole D. Fontaine is an award-winning author, wellness mentor, book coach, and creative director based in Maine. She is the author of the S.A.I.L. Above the Clouds series, winner of Best Book Series from the International Book Awards 2024, and a multi #1 Amazon bestseller read across five continents.
She spent 20 years living aboard a sailboat and sailed more than 20,000 nautical miles before navigating what she calls her deepest storm yet: a breast cancer diagnosis. From ocean medicine to soul medicine, her work now helps heart-centered women heal, rise, and bring their most meaningful stories into the world.
A certified Mindfulness Life Coach, Shakti Dance® Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master Teacher, and NAMI Mental Health First Aider with nearly three decades of professional graphic design experience, Carole leads workshops, women's circles, and one-on-one mentoring sessions online and in person.
