I recently reached my 120-day goal of meditating and doing a powerful celestial communication that I created to help overcome obstacles (moving meditation with mantra).
It's the first time I do one, non-stop, longer than 40 consecutive days and I am VERY proud of myself. No matter how tired or uninspired I felt certain days, (even very sick!) I did it. every. single. day.
In those days, I worked on all the things I considered obstacles in my life. Besides honoring my commitment to myself and reaching my 120-day goal, I also broke my chocolate and sugar habit after YEARS of addiction, started working on rebuilding strength in my injured body, resolved some deep personal conflict, AND finished my first book, wrote a book proposal, and SUBMITTED it to an agent after YEARS of working on it (and procrastinating!)
Using what I learned in all my years of personal growth and coaching programs, and studying yogic philosophies, I put together this valuable class to help you face whatever challenge you face with ease and grace. I'm excited to share the tools and techniques that worked for me!

Carole Fontaine uses stories of her 20 years of living aboard a sailboat to illustrate the life lessons and challenges she overcame. A professional graphic designer, she left the busy world of packaging and design after her health failed and sent her on a 5-year journey to heal from chronic disease. She studied holistic and yogic philosophies and found a passion for teaching and helping women find their heart’s purpose. Carole is a certified Life Coach, Meditative Writing, Shakti Dance® Yoga, and Reiki Master Teacher. Her 4-book series sharing adventures, inspiring lessons, and self-mastery tools are coming out in 2020.
